Success Cases:

Kazakistan Solar Energy Initiative (2021)

Overview:
Supported by local government and international investors, this project involved the development of a 100 MW solar energy facility in southern Kazakhstan. It contributes to Kazakhstan’s goal of achieving 15% renewable energy by 2030.

Our Role:
NordCap conducted risk and compliance analysis, project planning, and implementation. We also facilitated training programs for local workers, fostering long-term employment opportunities.

Outcome:
The project has significantly lowered reliance on fossil fuels in the area, resulting in over 150,000 tons of CO2 reduction annually, and has been a successful model for sustainable development in the Caspian region.

Azerbaijan Wind Farm Development (2022)

Overview:
NordCap Project Solutions partnered with local authorities and investors to develop a 150 MW onshore wind farm near Baku. This project aims to diversify Azerbaijan’s energy mix and reduce carbon emissions by over 400,000 tons annually.

Our Role:
Led feasibility studies, project management, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement. Collaborated with community leaders to create jobs and ensure compliance with local and international environmental standards.

Outcome:
The project is scheduled to be fully operational by 2024, positioning Azerbaijan as a growing player in renewable energy in the Caspian region.
